Whether you're choosing the Stage 1 or stepping up to the Stage 2 system, both deliver unmatched performance, reliability, and efficiency with zero cutting or grinding required — fully compatible with 91+ octane fuel.
The Stage 1 system bolts directly to the factory engine and produces 625+ lb-ft of torque and 725+ horsepower at the flywheel.
The Stage 2 system takes it even further, adding 1 psi more boost and upgrading to a massive 132mm billet Orval throttle body, delivering 655+ lb-ft of torque and 775+ horsepower at the flywheel.
Whipple’s engineering team redesigned the Gen 6 from the ground up. The updated housing, new G6 rotors, and revised inlet design squeeze out even more efficiency and power. The inverted supercharger sits neatly in the valley of the block, routing air through Whipple’s patented dual-pass intercoolers for industry-leading thermal control. Unlike dual intercooler setups, Whipple runs each intercooler twice, maximizing heat dissipation and consistency under load.
Pair that with the largest heat exchanger in the industry and a high-flow intercooler pump, and you get temperature control no other supercharger system can touch.

With decades of OEM and racing experience, Whipple’s calibration engineers deliver one of the most advanced supercharger tunes on the market. Their proprietary software reconfigures critical functions including:

The PCM constantly monitors torque output and engine parameters to maintain ideal conditions. If something falls out of range, the calibration reduces boost and torque until the issue is corrected — ensuring unmatched safety and longevity.
2018+ F-150s run speed-density logic and an aggressive 10-speed trans strategy that ordinarily can’t be tuned with aftermarket tools. Whipple solves this with a 3-bar MAP sensor and additional air-temp readings to properly adjust spark advance at all RPM points. The 10-speed is recalibrated to keep torque delivery stable across every gear while retaining tow, eco, sport, and off-road modes.
