The Gen 6 supercharger features Whipple’s most advanced design to date, including all-new bearings, gears, rotors, and housing engineered to reduce friction and maximize airflow. Its cutting-edge 3/4 rotor profile, 285-degree helix angle, redesigned bell-mouth inlet, optimized discharge port, and refined diameter-to-length ratio work together to deliver unprecedented power across the entire rev band.

A patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler maximizes charge‑air cooling and outperforms even the Whipple Cobra Jet and previous S550 systems.
